Polagram!

So recently I discovered this app called Polagram, you choose photos from your camera roll and upload them to Polagram choosing an effect (if you wish) and the crop of the image. I love having polaroid style photos for decoration and memories, they're so cute to look back on rather than scrolling through your instagram feed to try find a picture from months or even years ago. So I ordered some and they arrived this morning! I thought I would share some pictures.

They arrive in this cute pink envelope and also an origami sheet inside, but I failed so bad at the origami sheet so I aren't putting a photo up of that... haha!

I mainly printed photos out from my trips; London, Budapest and my recent holiday to Es Canar.

I have a referral code that anyone can use if you want £5 worth of free photos from the app! this gets you 11 prints which is so good, my code is PG37IBQ7

Disclaimer: if you use my code we will both receive £5 credit

Thank you for reading!

My holiday!

I hadn't been on a sunny holiday since 2003! Crazy, I know! So me, my boyfriend and some of my family planned a trip to Es Canar, it's a lovely little Spanish island that I'd never visited before. So I wanted to document the trip here along with keeping lots of photos on my camera. It's nice to look back on. This is probably gonna be a pretty long post but I want to write underneath the photo collages I've made while I remember the holiday clearly so I can look back on them and remember about each photo!

1. This was when we landed and came out of the airport to get on our coach to the apartment, we just caught a pretty sunset
2. The first morning we all went down to the pool and I couldn't help but take a photo of the pool by our apartment
3. This is the first beach we went to (there are a few around es canar) it was boiling and I was constantly going for a swim in the sea to cool off
4. This pretty white building with flowers growing up and around it was just asking to be photographed
5. There's something about the trees on holiday, everyone takes pictures of them and I couldn't help myself, I love how they look
6. It was my boyfriends 21st birthday while we were away so I sneakily brought some 21 birthday banners in my case and stuck them around the apartment

7 & 8. There was a small fair 2 minutes away from where we were staying so we were down there pretty much every night on this dragon rollercoaster and the bumper cars, my little sister got so brave and competitive on them she was constantly taking everyone out
9. My little sister got this funky looking ice lolly, it peeled like a banana but the peel is edible! it was like a jelly or something, so cool
10. Me and my boyfriend went for dinner at this fancy looking place right next to the sea, I got jacket potatoes and he got a huge burger. I took a photo of this drink I got, it was a fresh juice with loads of ice and fresh strawberries - delicious
11. I bought some pasta, sauce and peppers and cooked us up some dinner (top sister & top girlfriend)
12. We paid for a boat ride to another part of the island called Santa Eulalia, there were so many cute shops and we found this English beach cafe. It was so refreshing to eat some comfort food and be able to understand the waiters (not that there's anything wrong with spanish waiters, it's sometimes hard to explain what you want) along with enjoying some English chart tv

13. More tree pics, obviously
14. We all went into this restaurant that had a swimming pool and snooker table, so we had to order some nachos with 3 dips. They were so nice
15. I kept spotting this hibiscus flowers around by the hotels, they're so pretty I had to take some photos, they're so tropical looking
16. Have a selfieeee (we were sitting in the shade relaxing by the pool)
17. The night before our flight home, we went and had a pizza and strawberry mojitos in the restaurant under our apartment. My first time trying this drink and I loved it!
18. Had to take a photo of this sign, it's pointing in all different directions showing you where to go for certain places

19. On the last day there was a hippy market, I had been looking forward to this before we even got on the plane. It was huge, I don't even think we went around it all 'cause it was so hard to navigate around. I just kept going in circles
20. "make photo not war" "love&peace" this was actually a photo booth!
21. Me and Oli (my boyfriend) found a bracelet stand in the hippy market, we wanted to leave with at least one thing. So we got these peace sign friendship bracelets!
22. We all kept seeing a sign for a glass bottom boat so we paid to go on, it wasn't fully glass bottom there were these rectangular booths you look down in the middle of the boat. It was still fun though, we didn't see that much. But we did see lots of fish and a shipwreck which was pretty cool!
23. These big houses were dotted around this side of the island that we went past on the boat, they were huge!
24. And last but not least, I captured this beautiful sunset! Look at that sky, it's so pretty. It doesn't come across properly in the photo but in person the colours were a lot more vivid.

Thanks for reading (if you even got to the end!) This is mainly a post for me to read in the future so I can remember all the small things I might not remember.

Clarisonic Mia 2 - thoughts so far

So I've been eyeing up the Clarisonic and other similar skincare tools for quite a while now, I've never had a set skincare routine. I'd always just use my miscellar water and then moisturiser and an occasional face mask, which isn't too bad I suppose but I wanted a set routine and realised I needed something to deeply cleanse my face. The Clarisonic's are expensive, but I'd spent a lot of time reading reviews and watching videos about them and 99% of the reviews are positive and so many people said it completely changed their skin. So I went online and treated myself to the Clarisonic Mia 2 in baby pink. I've had mine for around 2 weeks now so I obviously can't give a proper review yet, but I just wanted to write about how I've found it so far.

The size of the Mia 2 is perfect for me! It's so comfortable to use and work with around your face, you can really take control with it which I love! It came with clear instructions and a little foam cleanser to use with it. I used that the first couple of nights before buying the Yes To Tomatoes clarifying cleanser. I found the Clarisonic cleanser that came with it was way too foamy for me, it would get in my eyes and sting really bad. Maybe I put too much on the brush? This might not be the same for everyone, but I much prefer using this cleanser. It smells amazing and feels amazing after using it, it still foams up a little when using it but just not as much as the other one. I also really like how it works, it has set times for certain areas of your face. 20 seconds on your forehead, 20 seconds around your T-Zone and 10 seconds on each cheek. You can obviously switch those around and do 20 on your cheeks if that's where is needed the most.

After using this for the first time, my face felt amazingly smooth. It removes all the dead skin from your face, I was hooked after the first time using it. I've now used it for around 2 weeks, my skin does feel a lot fresher and cleaner and I haven't had any big breakouts since using it. A few little ones have come up but that's to be expected when you're cleansing your face as deep as the Clarisonic gets. I'm excited to see what good it brings to my skin after a long time of using it and I'll be sure to post an update when I start seeing results!

Glossybox: June

After a stressful week of work, today I officially finished my first year at University! So I'm back with another Glossybox.

The first thing I picked up from the box is this Monu Spa Rosewood Reviving Mist (RRP full size £11.95). I like the sound of this, it can be used as a little pick-me-up throughout the day to refresh your skin but can also be used to set your makeup! I haven't tried it on my makeup yet but spritzing this on my face through the day really does refresh me.

The next thing is this pack of Flash Tattoos, they're exclusive to Glossybox so there's no link to buy them. Personally, I think these look so cool! Especially for if you're on holiday. Too bad these weren't in the last Glossybox, then I'd have been able to use them on my holiday. But I do like these patterns and I can't wait to try them.

Next are these Halo face wipes (RRP £1.20). These are just really handy to have, and this pack is really thin so perfect for your handbag. They're fragrance free, so they're suitable for anyone with sensitive skin.

Then I picked up this Kueshi Anti-cellulite Booster (RRP full size £14.55). This is perfect for people that need a little boost with their skin, especially in summer! It has s mix of natural ingredients and antioxidants to stimulate blood circulation.

And last of all, is the Essence gel nail polish (RRP £1.71). This is the shade '4 Ever Young'. The colour doesn't really pay off in photos, but it's a really pretty dark pink and will look so good on anyone.

I liked this months box and can't wait to try everything as usual!

Pinterest board #3 - Copper craze!

It seems that copper is a massive trend at the moment! Everywhere is selling copper everything, but I'm definitely not complaining! I love it! I gathered together some images from my Copper board on Pinterest... yes I have a whole board dedicated to copper things. There's something about a little rustic copper pot or vase with pretty flowers or succulents in them which just looks so stunning on your windowsill or dressing table.
I'm definitely gonna start collecting together some copper things for when I get my own place, which will be next year hopefully! There are so many things available on the market; vases, terrariums, mirrors, frames, coat hangers, jugs and so much more! Out of the Pinterest board posts I've done so far, gathering the images for this one was definitely the most fun. I love looking at homeware, it's my favourite kind of shopping. Even though I don't have my own place yet so I can't imagine what I'll be like when I eventually move out!

What do you think about the copper trend?

Glossybox: May

Another Glossybox post today! I'm feeling pretty organised with my blog lately, I have a post ready to go up every time I want one up which is good! But lets just get straight into it, this is everything that came in the May Glossybox.

The first item is this MeMeMe Dual ended eye wand (RRP £6.95). I'm not really a eyeshadow person, especially in these bright colours but the good thing about these is that you can use them as eyeliner too! and they blend out so easily, I found that just by doing the swatches! I'll still give them a go, nevertheless.

The next thing is this Etre Belle Aloe Vera Moisturising Gel (RRP full size £15.93). This says it's a cooling gel that hydrates your skin by delivering moisture deep below the surface, reviving your complexion. I love the sound of this! I now have around 4 moisturisers on my shelf waiting to be used. I love using moisturiser, it's my favourite step of skincare. It just makes your skin feel so smooth and I can't wait to try this one!

This is something unusual to me, I've never heard of a shampoo foam before! This is the Zerreau Towel Off Shampoo Foam (RRP full size £7.95). It has a lovely, fresh apple scent too! You use this exactly the same as dry shampoo, apart from you need to use a towel to dry it out. Dry shampoo is something I always need to have, so when I run out of that I have this! Can't wait to try it!

Next up is the Sass Intimate Perfect Skin Concentrate (RRP full size £12). This soothes the skin, reduces hair growth and exfoliates your legs. You use this after shaving or waxing! This sounds good, I always get really irritated skin after shaving so hopefully this solves that problem!

Another moisturiser to add to my little collection! This is the Philosophy renewed hope in a jar refreshing & refining moisturiser (RRP full size £35.50). I'm loving all the skincare in Glossybox recently, the last one that was sent made such a difference in my skin. They're always sending such good quality skincare! Again, I'm so excited to try all these skincare products. This one is full of anti-oxidants and reduces the appearance of lines, discolouration and uneven texture. Leaving your skin looking healthier than ever!

I loved this months box! Can't wait to try everything. It's so worth signing up to, I would recommend it to anyone!

My Pandora Bracelet So Far ♡

I was very lucky to receive a Pandora bracelet for Valentines Day this year and since then I have got a few new charms for it that I absolutely love so I thought I would share them!

The first charm I got was at the same time I got the bracelet, so it's very Valentines themed! It's a cute little book that actually opens and closes. On the front it says 'Happy Valentines Day', on the inside it says 'To my dear Valentine, will you be mine' and on the back it has a little heart with an arrow through. I love the ring of roses that attaches the book to the bracelet as well. So cute!

The second charm I have was bought for me by my boyfriend when I got back from my trip to Budapest. These cute little strawberries add such a nice pop of colour to a very silver bracelet!

This charm was also a gift from my boyfriend. I was saying I loved this charm and was planning on buying it but the next day he met me after work and had bought me it! Such a nice surprise. It's very fitting too because I study photography at Uni, so it's a charm I couldn't not have!

This one I bought for myself, the US Pandora have a Disney collection of Pandora charms and sadly that collection isn't coming to us in the UK. I'm a massive Disney fan so I had to find a way to at least get one to add to my collection! I chose this pretty blue bead which is said to be Elsa's colour on Pandoras website. I bought it from eBay!

Obviously one Disney charm wasn't enough. The Little Mermaid is my favourite Disney and Ariel is my favourite princess. I know she's pretty much everyones favourite, but I've loved The Little Mermaid from such a young age and I remember the second one coming out on VHS and my auntie posted it to me all the way from Australia! I was so excited and watched it over and over again. But I also bought Ariel's Sea Shell charm from eBay and it's definitely one of my favourites on my bracelet so far.

To say I only got my bracelet in February, I've done quite well with collecting charms! My bracelet feels a lot heavier to wear now, I was so used to wearing just the Valentines charm. But I'm so happy with how it looks and I'm so happy that all my charms mean something to me. That's what I love about Pandora, you can completely personalise your bracelet to yourself!
I've never seen a post like this before and I thought it would be pretty cool to post something different. I can't wait to add more charms!
